李诗珂,博士、讲师,2024年博士毕业于华北电力大学控制与计算机工程学院,研究方向包括车联网、信息安全、数据隐私和区块链系统,目前已经在《IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology》、《IEEE Internet of Things Journal》、《Computer Networks》等国际顶级学术期刊上发表了多篇论文。
