高志栋，博士，讲师、主要研究方向：参数高效微调、联邦学习、扩散模型。2024年12月毕业于美国德克萨斯大学圣安东尼奥分校，获得博士学位。先后在IEEE INFOCOM、IEEE TMC、IEEE GLOBECOM、ICLR等国际重要学术会议和期刊发表多篇论文。获授权国家专利1项。
